This class will look at food, how it’s commercially produced & all the
things added to it to sell it. Awareness helps you make healthy,
responsible choices when it comes to buying food (the life energy that
supports your body). We will not only look at what to eat, but how to
eat. You’ll get recipes on seasoning your food with herbs & which foods
can help health problems. Get tips on how to cook healthy quickly. Eating healthy
doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming! Fee: $15.00

Teas have been used through out history for healing & also for pleasure.
This class will look at the different teas, how they can help our health,
which herbs can be used for making your own, & how to brew a perfect cup
of tea. You’ll get recipes on foods you can serve with tea, we’ll talk about
the rituals of tea, & even how to cook with teas. Teas can also be used
in natural body care. You’ll be taking home a herbal tea. Fee: $20.00
